Sustainable Ventures ecosystem member Furbnow has secured a substantial £950k pre-seed investment to advance its end-to-end home decarbonisation platform.

Led by SFC Capital, with participation from Norrsken Accelerator and angel investor Daniel Luhde-Thompson, in addition to a grant from Innovate UK, Nesta and Founders Factory, this investment marks a significant step forward for Furbnow's ambitious goal to decarbonise one million homes by 2030.

Initially joining the SV ecosystem through our Ignite with Ebico programme, and currently engaging with our Build with Ebico initiative, the Furbnow team is enhancing capabilities around business development, customer validation and value creation.

This substantial investment validates not only Furbnow's groundbreaking work but also the need for retrofitting and innovative solutions in the built environment. We are immensely proud to have played a part in their journey, and look forward to nurturing more innovative startups through our support programmes.
