The National Climate Tech Accelerator will run from Oct-26 to Sep-27. Applications will be assessed on a rolling basis, and we reserve the right to close applications when the programme reaches capacity.

Tier 1
Digital Support

  • Free Sustainable Ventures Digital Learning Platform Access

  • Eagle Labs Entrepreneur Academy Access including Member Rewards

  • Up to two hours of specialist Mentor Support through Eagle Labs Community 

  • Company Health Check session

  • Webinar Series from Industry Partners

  • Meeting with Barclays specialist teams - to discuss products, services and support

  • Virtual and Physical Event Invitations

  • Access to SV document library (NDAs, founders agreements etc)

  • Access to Barclays Demo Directory

Tier 2
Premium Support*

  • Funded 1:1 support & mentoring

  • Up to 3 hours additional Specialist Mentor Support through Barclays Eagle Labs

  • £500 workplace credit at Sustainable Ventures or 3 months club membership at London Innovation Hub, Cambridge – Chesterton Road or Glasgow Eagle Labs

  • Tier 2 pitch days focused on Climate Tech (Summer 2027)

  • 12 months free SAGE subscription, followed by 50% off future years 

  • Access to Barclays Business Bank marketplace, including debit card rewards

Tier 3
Competition Entry*

  • NCTA Tier 3 Innovation Showcase competition 

  • Winners feature as a case study to be promoted by Barclays 

  • Media pack / assets created and shared with founders

  • Accreditation of finalists in pitch competition

  • Winner acknowledged at the Barclays national entrepreneur awards

Sustainable Ventures helps climate startups & entrepreneurs across the UK to scale through investment, workspaces and venture support - from beermat to exit.

Barclays Eagle Labs are an entrepreneurial network supporting ambitious startups and scaleups.

Accelerator eligibility:

UK Registered Business

Are a UK registered business (by incorporation) with a director based in the UK.

Climate-tech focus

Core business activities and objectives are to mitigate and address climate change

Aspiration to grow

The programme will support ambitious founders with aspirations to grow and scale their impact.

*Companies that have participated in prior years of the NCTA are not eligible to apply
